Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. All cancellations must be at least 48 hours prior to the appointment otherwise there will be a cancellation service charge.

No show on the day is 50% service charge. 3 no shows in future appointments will result in you being taken off the books.

Running Late?

The Scissor Box is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.
